Our photographers and videographers are based in Bali. Tell us where you are staying, who will join the shoot and the mood you like—quiet and natural, playful with family, or dressed up for a celebration. You can arrange local or international payment, with the method and booking terms confirmed before the session.

A relaxed session starts with a simple plan.
Bring clothes you feel comfortable moving in and keep outfit changes realistic for the booked time. Families can plan around children’s normal meal and rest times; couples may prefer fewer locations and more unhurried photographs. For a party, share the moments you do not want missed: arrivals, the cake, a toast or a surprise. If you would like a short holiday film as well, say so before booking so photography and video can be scheduled together.

Before your Bali photo session.
Choose one main area for a short session rather than trying to cross the island for several backgrounds. An Ubud portrait walk, a Seminyak beach session and a Nusa Dua resort shoot have different travel and access needs. Send your accommodation or venue location so the photographer can help plan a practical route. Private villas, hotels and party venues should approve photography in advance.

Can you photograph our family during a Bali holiday?
Yes. Share the number of adults and children, your accommodation area and preferred date. We plan a relaxed session with realistic timing and a location suited to your group.
Can we book a photographer for a birthday at a villa?
Yes, subject to the villa’s permission. Send the address, guest count and party schedule, including the cake, speeches or any planned surprise.
Which Bali area should we choose for portraits?
Start with the area where you are staying and the background you prefer. We can discuss a practical shoot in Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu or Nusa Dua rather than promising multiple distant locations in a short booking.
What if the weather changes before our outdoor session?
We discuss a suitable alternative with you, such as an approved sheltered location or another available time. Any rescheduling conditions are included in the booking terms.
Can we pay from overseas and receive the pictures after returning home?
Yes. Local and international payment options are available. Edited photographs and any agreed videos are delivered online, with quantities and turnaround confirmed when you book.
