A highlight film and a session recording need different coverage
A fast event recap cannot replace an uninterrupted recording of a keynote. Tell us whether your priority is an emotional overview, a factual business summary, complete speeches or short social clips. A roaming camera can follow people and details, while a continuous stage recording may require a dedicated camera and an agreed audio feed. Defining these outputs early avoids discovering during editing that a crucial sentence was never recorded in full.
Capture sound and formats before the room fills
Hotel rooms and exhibition floors can become noisy quickly. Schedule interviews in a quiet, approved area and allow time for microphone checks. We confirm filming positions with your event contact and coordinate audio requirements with the AV team where available. If you need both 16:9 and 9:16 output, plan suitable framing and dedicated vertical moments instead of assuming every landscape shot will crop cleanly.

Yes. Specify both at briefing so framing, interview composition and edit time can be planned for the two formats.
Is every speech included?
Only when full session recording is booked. Highlight coverage usually captures selected moments and does not guarantee continuous speeches.

Yes. Share your campaign objective, examples, brand kit and approver before filming. The quotation should state the review rounds and deliverables.
